Meteorite witness: There was a very bright light
There has been a meteor shower in the Chelnybinsk region of Russia, 800 miles east of Moscow, with reports speaking of hundreds of people injured.
Polina Zolotarevskaya, who works for the the South Urals Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Chelyabinsk, told Today programme presenter James Naughtie that she saw "a very bright light" followed by a strong explosion which damaged windows in her building.
