Dutch coffee shops 'must see ID'
New laws being introduced in the Netherlands mean people who visit so-called coffee shops that sell cannabis will have to provide ID and an official document confirming they live in the country.
Each local council will enforce the new rules, but several cities - including Amsterdam - may try to delay their full implementation because they do not want to miss out on income from non-Dutch tourists.
Anna Holligan reports.
