Parisians launch campaigns against the city's new nightlife
In many Parisian streets, traditional cafes are closing down to reopen as trendy bars and restaurants.
Some local residents are not happy with the change, complaining that the new establishments are colonising the pavements and generating constant noise.
But supporters say this emerging nightlife is proof that Paris is a young, dynamic city.
