Anti-Islam film protests spread in Middle East and Africa
Demonstrations against an American-made film which is said to denigrate Islam have spread to Yemen where protesters attacked the US embassy.
In Egypt 70 people were hurt in clashes outside the US embassy in Cairo. There have been other protests in Tunisia, Morocco and Libya.
