Aung San Suu Kyi challenged on Burma sanctions move
Burmese opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi has confirmed her desire to lead the Burmese people - "if I can lead them in the right way".
But in an interview with Newsnight presenter Kirsty Wark, she said her struggle had been worthwhile in itself.
In a wide-ranging interview, Ms Suu Kyi discussed Burma's ethnic conflicts, political reform and foreign investment.
