Christine Lagarde's campaign to save the global economy
International Monetary Fund chief Christine Lagarde is travelling the world to raise $500bn in fiscal support for the eurozone.
But countries like the US, China and the increasingly confident emerging economies do not see why they should dig deep until Europe does more to help itself.
Christine Lagarde spoke to the BBC's Katty Kay about the IMF's strategy to secure support and the challenges involved.
