The condition of a Swansea ambulance station has been criticised by a patient watchdog after an inspection.
A report into Cwmbwrla Ambulance Station said it required deep cleaning at the very least.
Abertawe Bro Morgannwg Community Health Council also raised concerns about the station's state of repair, infection control and cleanliness.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said improvements had already been made.
The health council concluded that the building would probably be uneconomic to repair.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We recognise that the condition of our estate can be improved and we are working with the Welsh government with regards to the long term plan for the estate across the whole of Wales.
"Ideally, we would like to replace the station in Swansea but this is subject to prioritisation within the whole of the NHS and not simply the Welsh Ambulance Service."
