£10,000 jewellery stolen from a car in Swansea

Jewellery worth £10,000 has been stolen from a car in Swansea.

A platinum solitaire diamond ring, 18 carat white gold diamond pendant earrings and a chain with a diamond pendant were among the items stolen.

Police they were taken from a Mini some time between late afternoon on Saturday and Sunday morning on Caswell Road.

They were in a bright pink Chinese-style purse while a black leather Mulberry bag with clothing was also taken from the car.

South Wales Police is appealing to anyone with information about the theft or the whereabouts of the stolen property to call 101.
