Man arrested after missing teenage girl found in Bristol

A man has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction after a missing teenage girl was found in Bristol.

Dyfed-Powys Police issued an appeal after the teenager disappeared from her south west Wales home on Saturday.

The girl was found at an address in Bristol and officers are making arrangements for her to be reunited with her family.

A man from the city has been arrested and is being questioned by police.

Det Insp Richard Yelland, of Dyfed-Powys Police, said officers worked with their colleagues in the Avon and Somerset Police area to locate the teenager.

"At this time one male person from the Bristol area has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction. We'd like to thank everyone for their assistance in this appeal," he added.
