Carmarthenshire crash: Motorcyclist dies after A482 collision

A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a car in Carmarthenshire.

The Triumph bike and blue Peugeot 206 crashed at around 11:30 BST on Sunday on the A482 between Llanwrda and Lampeter.

The 51-year-old man from West Yorkshire died at the scene while two women travelling in the car were treated for shock and minor injuries at the West Wales General Hospital in Carmarthen.

Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating and asks witnesses to contact them on 101.
