Fresh snow moves into west Wales

Fresh snow across parts of south and west Wales has seen nearly 500 schools close and disruption for motorists.

The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for snowfall across most of the country, in force until 21:00 GMT on Wednesday.

The snow has been moving west through Wednesday morning, and was still falling in Carmarthen at lunchtime, where Caroline Evans saw just how the council is dealing with the weather at its salt store.
