Two vehicles are believed to have collided in what police have described as a serious crash on the A487 in Pembrokeshire.
Emergency services are at the scene of the collision between St Davids and Croesgoch.
The road remains closed with a diversion in place.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it sent crews from St Davids and Fishguard to the incident at 18:28 GMT.
