Man injured after being hit by train at Llanelli
A man has suffered head injuries after being struck by a train at Llanelli.
The incident, which is not being treated as suspicious, happened at 08.40 BST, 500 yards (457m) east of Llanelli station.
British Transport Police said the man's condition is not believed to be life threatening.
Arriva Trains Wales said both lines had now reopened but there were some knock-on delays to services.
Arriva added that the train involved was the 0815 Swansea to Carmarthen service.
Paramedics and Dyfed-Powys Police were also called to the scene.
