Motorcyclist killed in road crash on A40 near Llandovery

A motorcyclist has been killed in a three-vehicle collision on the A40 in Carmarthenshire.

The crash happened near Llandovery at 17:05 BST on Saturday.

The 59-year old-man from Wiltshire was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed.

The collision, two miles south of Llandovery, also involved a car and a transit camper van. Dyfed-Powys Police have appealed for witnesses.
