Boy, 16, charged with stabbing two men in Blackwood

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of wounding after two men were stabbed in Blackwood, Caerphilly, Gwent Police say.
One man, aged 29, is in a critical condition at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.
A second man, aged 44, also from Blackwood, is in a serious condition at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport.
The teenager was held after an incident on Bryn Road and Apollo Way at about 23:15 BST on Friday.
Gwent Police said the youth was initially arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
A spokesman said the youth has also been charged with breaching an anti-social behaviour order and assaulting a police officer.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
