Woman hurt in crash with school bus in Pontyclun

A woman was injured and six pupils taken to hospital for checks after a crash involving two cars and a bus in Rhondda Cynon Taf on Thursday morning.
The woman is said to have non life-threatening injuries from the incident near the Ivor Arms on Cowbridge Road, Pontyclun, at 08:43 GMT.
RCT council said the pupils from Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg, Llantrisant were taken to hospital as precaution but released.
The road was closed while fire crews freed the woman from her car.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson added: "Two emergency ambulances, an ambulance officer, a Patient Care Service vehicle and the Hazardous Area Response Team were dispatched to the scene."
Rhondda Cynon Taf council said: "The emergency services attended the scene and the female driver of the car was given medical attention."
