Fire at Caldicot Comprehensive School 'may be deliberate'

A fire which broke out in the early hours at a secondary school in Monmouthshire may have been started deliberately, South Wales Fire Service has said.

They were called to the blaze at a storage building in Caldicot School in Caldicot at 05:51 GMT.

Four crews were needed to put out the fire, which was put out just after 0700 GMT.

A spokeswoman said two vehicles were still present to dampen down the area.
