Man's body in Caerphilly undergrowth 'not suspicious', police say

Police officer at undergrowth at Mornington Meadows, Caerphilly Police were called to the area in Caerphilly just after 16:30 on Wednesday

Gwent Police say the death of man whose body was found in undergrowth in Caerphilly is not suspicious.

Officers said they were called after the body was found at about 16:42 GMT on Wednesday in Dol yr Eos, Mornington Meadows.

The man has yet to be formally identified but is believed to have been in his fifties.

Police have sealed off an area of land where the body was found.

Anyone who has any information is asked to contact Gwent Police on 101.
