Dinas Powys collision: Three pedestrians taken to hospital

A 65-year-old woman is being treated for a head injury after she and two family members out walking were taken to hospital when a car left the road.

South Wales Police say the collision was in Millbrook Road, Dinas Powys, at about 16:00 GMT on Saturday, and involved three members of one family.

The injured woman, aged 65, is receiving treatment at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.

Two male relatives, aged 68 and 38, were not injured.

The road was closed while police carried out investigations.
