Men pulled from river in Treorchy
Two men were taken to hospital after being pulled from a fast-flowing river in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Firefighters were alerted after police officers tried to rescue the pair at Senghenydd Street, Treorchy, at about 00:30 GMT on Saturday.
The men were pulled from the water by firefighters using a 7m (22ft) ladder, rope and life-jackets.
It is not known how the men came to be in the water. Paramedics took them to hospital. Their condition is not known.
