Cardiff After Dark exhibition comes home
A controversial collection of photos showing Cardiff nightlife is finally being shown in the city where the pictures were taken.
Some of the images in Maciej Dakowicz's collection have already been seen in his native Poland and in a street photography event in the United States.
The pictures sparked an outcry when they first appeared on the internet amid claims that they were showing the Welsh capital in a bad light.
The full collection is now on show at the Third Floor Gallery on Bute Street, Cardiff, from 14 October to 2 December 2012.
The photographer told BBC Radio Wales that he wanted to reflect the full extent of a vibrant British nightlife, and the exhibition was not an attack on Cardiff's after-dark culture.
