First Minister Carwyn Jones outlines legislation

First Minister Carwyn Jones has unveiled the Welsh Government's legislation programme for the next five years.

He told Jamie Owen the plans include a Schools and Standards Bill to tackle underperforming classes, and an Organ Donation Bill which would automatically presume people are all organ donors unless they opt out.

Another measure would require restaurants and cafes to provide customers with simple information on their hygiene standards.

Mr Jones began by stressing that Welsh Labour would not be taking UK Prime Minister David Cameron's advice that they should reform the public sector by privatising provision.
