Three sea kayakers rescued off Llandudno's Great Orme

Three sea kayakers had to be rescued after getting into difficulty off Llandudno's Great Orme, said Holyhead Coastguard.

They called out Llandudno RNLI after receiving a report a kayak containing two people was attempting to tow another kayak with its former occupant in the sea but hanging on to the craft.

Nearby boats also went to the rescue on Monday at about 13:10 BST.

None of the kayakers needed medical attention.
