Man airlifted to hospital after Dolgellau 'explosion'

Fire engine Emergency services attended the scene on Sunday

A man in his 20s was airlifted to hospital after emergency services were called to an explosion at a house in Gwynedd.

The alarm was raised at a terraced property in Ffordd Heulog, Dolgellau, on Sunday at around 18:25 BST.

North Wales Police said the man's injuries, which are thought to be to his legs, were not believed to be life threatening.

North Wales Police are investigating the incident.
