Porth Dafarch, Anglesey: Woman's body discovered

Police say a body found on an Anglesey beach is of a woman, but do not believe there are suspicious circumstances.

The discovery was made at Porth Dafarch, north-west of Trearddur Bay, on Saturday afternoon.

North Wales Police were called to the beach location at 16:25 GMT.

A police spokesperson said the death was not being treated as suspicious, and the family of the woman have been informed.
