Man's body found at Newborough beach on Anglesey

North Wales Police have confirmed that the body of a man has been found on a beach on Anglesey.

Police say the male person was discovered at Newborough on the south west of the island on Wednesday morning.

It is understood that the individual had been washed onto the beach, but no other details have released.

Officers say they are now trying to identify the body.
