A4086 Caernarfon: Boy, 10, badly hurt in collision with car

A 10-year-old boy has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a collision involving a car in Caernarfon, Gwynedd.

The boy, named locally as Thomas John Roberts, was transferred to hospital in Liverpool after initially being taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd.

North Wales Police were called at 16:30 GMT on Friday to the A4086, Ffordd Llanberis.

The road was closed for several hours to allow police investigations.
