Valley, Anglesey: Men questioned over disturbance

Detectives have appealed for witnesses after a late night disturbance at Valley on Anglesey.

Two men suffered serious facial injuries in the incident during the early hours of Saturday and were taken to hospital in Bangor.

Five people were hurt in total. Police want to speak to passing motorists who might have seen what happened.

Four men aged between 19 and 24 have been released on police bail after questioning.

Detectives in Holyhead say their investigations are well under way and are appealing for witnesses to come forward

Det Con Gerallt Jones said: "Police were alerted to the disorder at around 01:45 GMT and although it occurred during the early hours, a significant amount of traffic travels through Valley - mainly from Holyhead.

The four men arrested have been released on bail pending further inquiries.

North Wales Police said anyone with information should contact detectives at Holyhead CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
