Llandudno bill-dodger traced with toothbrush DNA

A student who left a guest-house in Llandudno, Conwy without paying has been traced through the toothbrush he left behind.

The town's magistrates heard police used DNA from the toothbrush to track down Stephen Evans, 29.

He was sentenced to four-months overnight curfew and ordered to pay £120 in costs and compensation.

Evans, who is from the town, had admitted making off without payment.
