Police officers are relocating from their station into Flintshire council offices across the road in Flint.

North Wales Police said it followed a successful similar move in 2012 at neighbouring Holywell.

Flintshire council also shares its offices at Chapel Street in Flint with the Jobcentre Plus.

Police said services would continue but the station house would eventually be decommissioned and the traditional blue lantern moved to the council offices.
