End-of-life care 'for home death' proposed by Welsh government

People with incurable illnesses should have access to round-the-clock support and the best possible care leading up to their deaths.

A new plan by the Welsh government also says patients should be fully supported if they choose to die at home.

BBC Wales health correspondent Owain Clarke spoke to Simon Jones from Marie Curie Cancer Care in Wales and asked him to what extent improvements need to be made.
