Gang was like 'pack of animals' in Llandudno attack
A gang compared to a pack of animals has started long jail sentences for a attack at Llandudno railway station.
The three men and a teenager had left two men badly injured, with one suffering irreversible eye damage.
Jamie Griffiths, 23, and his brother Jordan Griffiths, 22, from Towyn Isa, Prestatyn, were jailed for seven years at Mold Crown Court.
Ciaren Wright, 18, from Meliden received six years youth detention and a 17-year-old received five years.
The judge, Mr Recorder John Philpotts, said the gang had attacked their two victims "like a pack of animals" last October.
It was a sustained attack, involving kicks and biting, and the injuries to one victim in particular were severe.

Daniel McTeare, 22, was bitten on a ear, was kicked and punched and suffered irreversible damage to his eye.
Prosecuting barrister Sion Mills said that Mr McTeare was now at increased risk of cataract, glaucoma and even a detached retina.
'Brutal'Mark Lloyd, 42, was repeatedly kicked and punched in the face and head during an "extended, purposeless and brutal" attack, Mr Mills added.
All four defendants admitted wounding Mr McTeare with intent.
Three adults admitted attempting to wound Mr Lloyd with intent - and the youth was convicted at an earlier hearing.
The judge said one victim and a female were simply sitting at the railway station eating some take-away food after a night out.
There had been some sort of minor incident between Jordan Griffiths and Mr Lloyd a short time earlier.
"Whatever may have been said during that short exchange provides no possible justification for what was to follow," said Mr Philpotts.
The attacked had been captured on CCTV.
