Daughter denies murdering father in Old Colwyn

A teenager has pleaded not guilty to murdering her 61-year-old father along with three other people.

It is alleged that Anthoni Robinson was stabbed at his three-bedroom detached bungalow in Old Colwyn, Conwy, in July.

Ashleigh Robinson, 18, and her three co-defendants were remanded in custody at Mold Crown Court.

Sacha Roberts, 19, Gorden Harding, 19, and a 16-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons are also accused of Mr Robinson's murder.

Mr Robinson's partner, Joanne Barr, 45, also appeared in court alongside the four defendants for a preliminary hearing on a charge of conspiring to pervert the course of justice.

Her case was adjourned for a plea and directions hearing.

A pre-trial review in the murder case will be heard in November. A provisional trial date was fixed for 12 January next year.
