Cardigan school pupils approached in suspicious incident

Police have appealed for information after a man in a black car offered two school children in Cardigan a lift.

Officers said the grey-haired man stopped by the children, who were in Penparc primary school uniform, at around 15:30 BST on Monday.

The car, which had tinted windows, was driven off towards Tremain after the children declined the offer.

People are being urged to be vigilant and anyone with information is asked to ring Dyfed-Powys Police on 101.
