Rail services in Ceredigion were disrupted after a man was found hanging dead from a road bridge above the line, Network Rail has said.

The Cambrian Coast line between Borth and Llandre was closed on Sunday after emergency services were called to a bridge on the B4353 at about 16:18 BST.

The rail operator said the line was closed until 17:57 BST after the body was removed.

It added that police were investigating the incident.
