Aberystwyth cliff fall man named as Mark Grybowicz

An inquest has opened into the death of a man who fell 35ft (10.6m) from cliffs in Aberystwyth.

Mark Peter Grybowicz, 32, of Haydock, St Helens, died on Wednesday after falling from Constitution Hill, a popular beauty spot in the town.

The inquest was opened by Ceredigion coroner Peter Brunton and adjourned to a date to be fixed.

Another man who suffered injuries after falling off the cliffs at the same time was airlifted to Bronglais Hospital.

Police have said the circumstances of Mr Grybowicz's death are not thought to be suspicious.
