Severn Bridge tolls 'to be scrapped' pledge by Lib Dems

The Liberal Democrats have pledged to scrap the Severn Bridge tolls if they are in government after the 2015 General Election.

The party claims commuters will be hundreds of pounds a year better off and the Welsh economy would benefit by over £100m.
