Cardiff's Super Cup Final boosts Euro 2020 hosting hopes

Football superstar Gareth Bale had a happy homecoming to Cardiff as he helped Real Madrid beat Sevilla 2-0 in the UEFA Super Cup Final.

The match between the two Spanish sides drew a crowd of 33,500 to the Cardiff City Stadium.

Alan Hamer from the Football Association of Wales hopes the successful staging of the match will boost Welsh chances of hosting games at the Euro 2020 championship.
