Body found in Llanelli missing man search

Police searching for missing 25-year-old Richard Chandler in Llanelli have confirmed they have found a body.

Dyfed-Powys Police said the body of a male has been found in the Delta Lakes area of the town.

Mr Chandler's family have been informed although the body has not been formally identified.

The roofing contractor from Kettering, Northants, had been working in the Trostre area for the last three weeks and staying locally.

He was last seen by his colleagues at approximately 23:00 BST on Thursday 3 July.

He was also seen walking along New Dock Road in the direction of Machynys at 23:54 BST but had not been seen or heard from since, which was said to be out of character.
