Glasgow 2014: Team Wales makes final preparations

23 June 2014 Last updated at 20:37 BST

With just a month to go until the start of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Wales' 252 athletes are making their final preparations.

Team Wales' only female wrestler is training against her male team mates, while the shooting squad are hoping technology will help them on their way to success.

Defending men's hurdle champion Dai Greene, however, says his hopes of a medal depend on how well he has recovered from a series of injuries.

Matt Murray reports for BBC Wales Today.
