Scottish independence would help Wales funding, says deputy first minister of Scotland

Scottish independence would provide the best opportunity for Wales to win a better funding package from Westminster, according to the Deputy First Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon.

She became the most high profile member of the referendum campaign to visit Wales.
