Budget's compensation 'boost' to energy intensive firms

Welsh businesses with very high energy bills are in line for compensation, George Osborne announced in this year's Budget statement.
Sixteen firms, including Tata Steel in Port Talbot will qualify in Wales, each getting a share of £240m being made available over the next three years.
