Some head teachers in Wales say sacking process too slow

Head teachers in Wales say the system for removing failing teachers is too bureaucratic and slow.

BBC Wales' current affairs programme Week In Week Out has been told it can take up to a year, and sometimes longer, to dismiss teachers who are not coming up to standard.
