Carmarthen car wash firm fined for minimum wage pay breach

A Carmarthen business has become one of the first in the UK to be named and shamed for failing to pay workers the minimum wage.

The car wash firm's operator will now be fined as part of a UK government clamp down.

But a union has warned larger companies are also cheating many more staff out of a legal wage.
