Lib Dems plan nurse numbers law for Welsh hospitals

A plan to introduce a law requiring minimum staffing levels for nurses in Welsh hospitals is being proposed by the leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats.

The Royal College of Nursing backs Kirsty Williams's proposal, which she thinks will lead to improved care for patients. She is urging assembly members to support her.
