A 15-year-old who was bullied via social media sites has explained how a project funded by Sport Relief has helped her.

Lauren Daw, from Cardiff, is supported by Tros Gynnal, one of more than 200 projects backed by Sport Relief.

More than £850,000 was raised in Wales for Sport Relief two years ago and sporting stars and celebrities are hoping this year's events will improve on that.

Matt Murray reports.
