It is fifty years this week since the iconic film Zulu was released.
It starred Welsh actor Stanley Baker, who also produced it.
The film depicts the defence of Rorke's Drift in the Anglo-Zulu war in 1879, in what is now South Africa, and was said to be ground-breaking for its depiction of the Zulu forces as brave and resourceful.
The regiment at the centre of the film later became the Royal Welsh.
