Storms likely 'to persuade' Borth sea defence critics

People opposed to more sea defences in Borth are likely to have been persuaded of the need for them by the recent storms, says a councillor.
Ceredigion council's deputy leader Ray Quant, who represents the town, said the first phase of the defence - a 300m man-made shingle bank and reef - has protected homes in the village despite taking a recent battering.
He spoke to Oliver Hides on BBC Radio Wales.
