30 December 2013 Last updated at 15:13 GMT

Storms are causing travel disruption as heavy rain and winds of almost 80mph batter parts of Wales.

Firefighters are rescuing three people trapped in their car by flood water in Monmouthshire, but they are not thought to be in danger.

Several roads are blocked by fallen trees while rail services have been hit by flooding in north and south Wales.
