20 September 2013 Last updated at 20:39 BST

The UKIP leader Nigel Farage has told BBC Wales his party has changed its policy on abolishing the Welsh assembly and should "jolly well get on with the fact that the UK is changing".

He said he also thought his party could top the polls in Wales next May at the European elections.
